Energy Efficient
Whether Global Warming is real or not; high utility bills are! Every one of our homes uses materials and equipment designed to save you money on your monthly heating and cooling bills. We use special radiant barrier roof decking which will keep your house cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter while using less energy. Our homes also feature a high efficiency 14 SEER air conditioning system with all-metal insulated main duct lines. Although these items cost us more, they are available to you without additional mark-up. Our homes are priced exactly the same as other new houses in the same neighborhood which do not feature these upgrades. We like to think of it as responsible enviromental design.
Technology
Every one of our homes comes with a structured wiring system for data, TV, and audio. Our homes come pre-wired for Dolby 5.1 surround sound in the living area and three additional zones of audio (could be master bedroom/rear patio/kitchen). Every bedroom has phone and cable jacks on opposing walls for your convenience. These systems are professionally designed and installed by a certified home entertainment company. Flat screen tv's, electronic components and built in speaker systems also available for an additional charge.
