Nathan B. Cost is a fully licensed and insured home builder with over 20 years of experience in construction and project management.  He has a degree in electrical engineering from Louisiana Tech University, is a Certified Energy Manager by the Association of Energy Engineers, and has worked as a design engineer and construction manager for over a decade overseeing governmental projects in excess of $15 million dollars.  Nathan has been building homes in the Shreveport-Bossier area since 1998.  He is a member of the Home Builders Association and his homes come with a 2-10 Warranty.  Some of the subdivisions Nathan has built homes in include Olde Oaks, Plantation Trace, Hidden Trace, Madison Place, The Gardens of Southgate, and Golden Meadows.
